We’re finally here.
Entry Feed TrackbackAllow me to put art and animation aside for a moment. There’s a different feeling shared across this country today. It is palpable. It’s inspiring. Last night America came together as one and elected Barack Obama as our next President. I don’t know what to be excited about first. On a fundamental level, i am thrilled to finally have such an articulate and inspiring leader for our country and as impossible as we all thought it would be to have such a leader, it is just as provocative to think that our children will live their lives knowing this is nothing beyond the ordinary - which is how it should have always been. We’re finally here.

We are on the same page, Chris! Living in Northern Virginia, I am especially proud to have been one of the people who yesterday helped change the color of the Old Dominion from Red to a beautiful BLUE !

time ago,People glued to their tv sets,Obama parties,
I have not seen anything like it ,Reminds me of the
JFK days.Can,t wait to see what happens in the days too come……

Well, back here in France we were so excited, you’d have thought we were electing Obama as our own president! (and in a strange way, we sorta have…)

Obama has brought hope and inspiration to the WORLD, not just AMERICA! Did you see Obama’s crowd?? That was the true America, people of all cultures were present. You can become anything if you set your mind to it, and Obama is a really great example of that!

Agreed Chris! Whatever happens it’s clear things will be different going forward. There’s been alot of talk about change, hopefully it will happen and politics as usual will be a thing of the past. I’m looking to the future with a bit of trepidation, and a lot of excitement!
